Creativity
We provide a forum for our network engineers to regularly exchange ideas they come across, be it from an implementation while working at other customers or undergoing training. This exchange helps us solve problems and make suggestions that will benefit our customers the most.
Size
Our staff is large enough to have built in backup for our engineers who may not be immediately available yet small enough to build a direct ongoing personalized relationship. We can offer the training and amenities of a large firm, but the one-on-one relationship with our support personnel and principals. We are fortunate that we have not had turnover among our staff for many years. We try hard to create a work environment that is flexible, fun and rewarding with a focus on building customer relationships.
